OMG! You have no idea how frustrating the experience of buying a kitchen from these people has been. Didn't deliver everything needed, then they lost their paperwork and then didn't delivery everything again. Finally I go in a get the bits needed and then they bill me for all the outstanding items despite paying for them in the initial order.
