The staff are horrible, rude and heartless.

They never answer their phones, and when you visit the clinic to make an appointment, they will ask you phone in the morning, and then not answer the phone.

Dr Pal, will constantly talk over you, and again talk down to you. I used to work in the Health Industry, as an Auditor, and am so surprised this clinic is still open.

I can go on! What annoys me is that i am paying the Tax and NI contributions for these people to get a living!

I have called over 150 times in an hour and they have not picked up the phone. Many times it clearly said that the call has been rejected by the receptionist and the line wasn't just busy. When you do get through, the receptionist always says there are no appointments left even if the call has Been answered 10-15minutes pior to opening of the clinic. They hang up on me when I was half way through talking. I don't even want to give them a single star because they are all just useless. The worst gp that could exist. 100% going to report this to the council . TheIr respect towards people is non existant.

Everyone should write to the medical ombudsman, and complain about this clinic, and stop the doctors from being paid, until a decent service is provided.

It is impossible to get an appointment, yet if you threaten to escalate and co plain, they suddenly have a slot.

Worst gp I have ever been to. I'm very ill for few years I suffer prolaktonoma it messes up my hormones and replaces it with the ones from the other gender. Regullary I have to come to the gp to get prescriptions from them so I can get my tablets which are very important for me to live as a norml human. They always lose my prescriptions, they always tell me to come and get my prescriptions after few days. I always tell them that I need them for today or tomorrow but as always they say they can't because it is not ready. I would not recommend this gp to anyone who is really ill just like me.

Death would bring better convenience than Dr Chatterjee's Surgery. The issue starts with the receptionists, who are untrained, rude obnoxious staff, who have no idea of customer service. They constantly talk over you, speak in a condescending manner, and make you feel as if they are doing you a favour, not acknowledging that we as the tax payers, pay their wages. The manager is especially bad, and wonder what Ealing Council are doing to rectify the issue.

If you are slightly educated, have a job, or you expect a slight ounce of customer service or professionalism, then this is not the clinic for you. This Clinic is run for the uneducated people from poor backward countries, who think a poor service from doctors who were not able to specialise in a professional medical field, is acceptable.

Worst GP i have visited. Want to leave them but no Surgery nearby are taking any more patients. You have receptionists with very poor grasp of English and always prefer to speak in Punjabi with other Punjabi speaking patients. The phone is always busy and the whole place is full of negativity! I can list so many things that have gone wrong for me personally
